About me

Well, I never thought that I would write a blog about my weight loss journey but here I am! I had a baby about 15 months ago. The pregnancy weight gain was going well until my last 7 weeks. With 7 weeks to go, I gained 30-35 pounds of fluid! So I gained a total of 55 pounds, not something I was happy about. I lost the weight quite quickly, especially the first 30 pounds. By the timely little one was about 6 months old, I was back to pre pregnancy weight, which was great; however, I am still struggling to get back to pre pregnancy shape. It has only been recently that I have been able to lose weight and keep it off (I still have 16 pounds to be at my personal happy weight).

Over the next 6 weeks, my goal is to lose 10 pounds and a couple of inches. Once the 6 weeks are up, I will decide if I will continue with this current exercise routine, or switch it up. Welcome to my journey of getting fit and toned.
